Graphic Designer (Print and Packaging)

Starting Salary: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA + Incentives + PF

GLO Digital Press is a print and packaging company manufacturing premium wedding cards, albums, stationery, and printed products.

We are looking for a design graduate with a strong interest in print and product design. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing ideas, creating samples, and turning concepts into real printed products.

• Developing new print products and design concepts

• Designing wedding invitations and stationery

• Creating product samples and prototypes

• Designing brochures, catalogues, and marketing material

• Preparing artwork for print production

You will work closely with the production team to ensure designs translate well into finished printed products.

Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Photoshop / Adobe InDesign

Graduate degree in Design (Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Design, or similar).

All hires go through a six-month evaluation internship as part of company policy.

Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Successful candidates move into the full-time role (minimum two-year contract) with a base salary and project/performance-based incentives.

Flexible hours, but the role requires being based in Coimbatore to work with production, develop samples, attend team discussions, and occasionally meet local clients.
