Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Manager role based in Jeddah. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, overseeing procurement processes, and managing supplier relationships. Key responsibilities include ensuring cost-effective and high-quality procurement of goods and services, preparing and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. The Procurement Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement strategies and support overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement processes to identify and establish strong supplier partnerships.
  • Skilled in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to achieve favorable terms and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess supplier performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of procurement policies, regulations, and best practices in supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the steel industry or manufacturing sector would be an advantage.
