We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement operations and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. The role involves managing suppliers, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and maintaining operational excellence across all procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Scope of Procurement: Handle end-to-end procurement for raw materials (ingredients/actives), packaging, third-party manufactured goods, and marketing collaterals.
Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers; negotiate costs, terms, and service level agreements; ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Operational Excellence: Manage purchase orders, ensure timely availability of supplies, maintain optimal inventory levels, and track procurement KPIs.
Cost & Strategy: Drive cost savings through strategic sourcing, competitive benchmarking, and multi-supplier strategies. Implement sustainable procurement practices aligned with brand objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with R&D/product development for new launches, supply chain for timely deliveries, and finance teams for budgeting and cost control.

Qualifications & Skills:

4–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in FMCG, Beauty, or Personal Care industries.
Strong negotiation skills and established vendor network.
Good understanding of regulatory and quality compliance standards.
Strategic thinker with focus on cost optimization and process efficiency.
