What makes the role meaty?

We are looking for a high-impact Finance Manager to drive strategic business partnering across procurement and manufacturing functions. This role will play a critical part in shaping cost structures, improving margins, and enabling data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of FMCG and startup experience, with deep expertise in procurement and/or factory finance, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

• Partner closely with sourcing and procurement teams to drive cost optimization, vendor negotiations, and margin improvement initiatives
• Provide financial insights and decision support on raw material sourcing, pricing strategies, and supply-side efficiencies
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for sourcing and procurement functions.
• Drive financial planning and control mechanisms in factoryto ensure adherence to cost targets and identify savings opportunities
• Build robust financial models to evaluate sourcing strategies, vendor selection, and long-term supply planning
• Collaborate with leadership teams to influence key business decisions through data-backed insights
• Establish strong governance and reporting frameworks across procurement and supply chain finance
• Support scale-up initiatives by bringing structure, agility, and financial discipline to evolving business processes

• Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) with 4 – 6 years equivalent qualification experience preferred
• Strong preference for candidates with a mix of FMCG and startup experience;
• Strong experience in Factory Finance and Procurement Finance.
• Experience in agro procurement within FMCG setups is a strong plus
• Strong business partnering experience with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environment
