Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Admission Counsellor at Schola. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing inquiries professionally. The role involves building relationships, conducting consultations, and promoting Schola’s educational programs to prospective students. Additionally, the Admission Counsellor will work collaboratively with the team to meet enrollment targets while fostering a seamless and personalized admission experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with students and families
  • Proven ability in Customer Service and Sales, including developing rapport and guiding clients through decision-making processes
  • Familiarity with the Education sector and a passion for promoting learning opportunities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while meeting organizational goals
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Education or related fields preferred)
  • Previous experience in admissions, sales, or related roles is an advantage
