About Hill Farm OrganicsHill Farm Organics is an emerging fermentation-focused beverage company based in the Himalayan foothills of Palampur. We produce craft kombucha and are building a tap-led beverage brand served through cafés, hotels, co-working spaces, and wellness communities.
Our vision is to create a modern, healthy beverage brand rooted in fermentation, sustainability, and community culture.
Alongside our beverage venture, we also operate Hill Farm, a boutique farmstay property that hosts travelers, wellness retreats, and curated experiences.
We are looking for a high-energy Growth & Partnerships Manager to help scale our brand visibility, distribution, and community presence.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are looking for someone who loves meeting people, building partnerships, and growing brands from the ground up. Your focus will be expanding our presence across cafés, hospitality venues, events, and wellness communities.
This role blends sales, partnerships, and brand-building.
Distribution & Sales
- Build partnerships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, and co-working spaces
- Expand kombucha tap placements and B2B distribution
- Manage relationships with partner outlets
- Identify new sales channels and growth opportunities
Community & Brand Activation
- Organize tasting events, pop-ups, and brand activations
- Build partnerships with fitness studios, yoga retreats, and wellness communities
- Drive collaborations with lifestyle brands and local businesses
Marketing & Brand Visibility
- Work with the team on social media storytelling and brand campaigns
- Develop creative grassroots marketing initiatives
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns
Partnership Development
- Build alliances with hospitality groups and event organizers
- Explore retail and experiential marketing opportunities
- Identify strategic collaborations to grow the brand
- 3–6 years experience in sales, partnerships, marketing, or hospitality
- Experience in food, beverage, hospitality, or startup environments preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly proactive and comfortable working in a startup environment
- Enjoys field work, networking, and building partnerships
- Passionate about health, food, beverages, and community-driven brands
