Role Description

The State Head role for Bharat Banca in Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Madhya Pradesh at Niva Bupa Health Insurance is a full-time, on-site position based in Vijaywada,Pune,Hubli and Bhopal. In this role, the individual will oversee and manage the sales and operations in their assigned regions, ensuring business growth through strategic partnerships and effective communication with banking partners. Key responsibilities include developing managing a team of TH conducting training, and fostering long-term business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, including experience in driving sales growth and coordinating with large teams
  • Strong understanding of the health insurance industry and Bancassurance processes
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with proven ability in sales planning and execution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills that align with stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work on-site and experience managing operations for a wide geographic scope
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing successful partnerships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
