Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Precast Production Engineer located in Coimbatore. The Precast Production Engineer will oversee production processes and ensure operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include production planning, monitoring quality control measures, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role also involves closely coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality precast products.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Production Engineering and Production Planning
• Proven Analytical Skills for identifying and solving complex production challenges
• Experience in Quality Control to maintain high manufacturing standards
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with safety regulations and adherence to best practices in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in precast production or a similar manufacturing role is advantageous
