Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect from a pure IT Services / Consulting background (product-only experience will not be considered) to drive enterprise solutioning and strategic pre-sales engagements.

The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background and hands-on experience in solution design, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, cost-effective, service-led solutions. This role requires enterprise proposal experience and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client business requirements and design scalable solution architectures
  • Lead and contribute to enterprise RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
  • Drive end-to-end solutioning during pre-sales and technical sales cycles
  • Prepare detailed requirement documents, High-Level Designs (HLDs), and solution architecture artifacts
  • Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to build competitive proposals
  • Present and articulate solution strategies to CXOs and senior business stakeholders
  • Support effort estimation, costing, and resource planning as part of proposal development
  • Ensure alignment between proposed architecture and delivery execution

Required Qualifications

  • 9–14 years of experience in IT Services / Consulting environments
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in architecture and solution design (mandatory)
  • Proven experience handling large enterprise proposals and complex client engagements
  • Strong expertise in enterprise solution design and architecture development
  • Experience independently owning proposal documentation and architectural deliverables
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
