This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Pune City. The Accountant will be responsible for daily financial tasks including preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, handling taxation processes, and coordinating audits. The role also includes preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting in budget planning and forecasting. Additionally, the Accountant will collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations and provide support for decision-making processes.

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management
• Hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger management
• Knowledge of taxation laws, compliance, and audit procedures
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ERP and advanced financial management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications like CPA, CMA, or CA are a plus
