Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales and Business Development role based in Hyderabad. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their interior design and project requirements, and presenting suitable solutions and service offerings. The Pre Sales and Business Development professional will generate and qualify leads, schedule and conduct client meetings, prepare proposals and estimates, and follow up to convert opportunities into projects. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools, collaborating with designers and project teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables, and supporting marketing initiatives such as events, presentations, and online campaigns. The individual will provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations, basic training on services, and handling client queries to ensure a smooth handover to the operations and design teams.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
  • Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, manage pipelines, negotiate, and close business opportunities.
  • Training skills to explain service offerings, guide clients through processes, and support internal knowledge sharing.
  • Experience or strong interest in interior design, real estate, or related domains is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple client engagements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with basic office productivity tools and CRM or lead-tracking systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
