Responsibilities
Make an impact People Leadership & Operational Management
- Lead and develop a team of ~10 HR professionals located across multiple sites in Hungary,
- oversee daily P&O operations, including payroll, employee lifecycle administration, data management, HR documentation, and compliance,
- ensure service delivery in line with SLAs, quality standards, and local legal requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end payroll process for ~2,000 employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Hungarian labor, tax, and social security regulations,
- partner with internal stakeholders to manage audits, reconciliations, and continuous improvements.
- Drive process harmonization, automation, and operational efficiency across P&O processes,
- identify optimization opportunities using data, technology, and employee feedback,
- lead and support digital P&O initiatives aligned with the European P&O transformation roadmap in partnership with the Global P&O Process and Digital Excellence team.
- Act as the key link between the Budapest P&O Operations Hub and the EMEA P&O Organization in our ongoing country harmonization agenda,
- partner with P&O Business Partners, P&O COEs, and IT teams to deliver seamless employee experiences,
- contribute to Global Projects, process redesign efforts, and standardization initiatives.
What you need to succeed
- Strong experience in P&O Operations, with a clear focus on payroll, P&O administration, and hire to retire employee processes,
- proven people leadership skills (managing teams of similar size preferred),
- solid understanding of end‑to‑end P&O processes and regulatory requirements in Hungary,
- track record of driving process improvement, digital initiatives, or change projects,
- ability to work effectively in a complex, international organizational environment,
- strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills,
- proficiency with HRIS systems and digital tools; affinity for analytics and process design is a plus.
