Video Producer

We’re looking for a Video Producer to own our video content end-to-end — strategy, scripting, production, performance, and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow our YouTube channel and short-form platforms (Reels/Shorts)
• Write sharp, engaging scripts aligned with brand goals
• Deliver visually strong content while optimizing thumbnails, titles, and formats to drive growth.
• Lead content from idea → research → shoot → edit/visualisation → upload → optimization
• Strong editorial vision to transform raw footage into a cohesive, engaging, and high-performing video.
• Analyze performance (CTR, retention, watch time, thumbnails, SEO)
• Be comfortable being the face of the brand when required
• Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and video best practices
• Use AI tools to improve speed, research, ideation, and workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Strong YouTube understanding (analytics + thumbnail sense + SEO)
• Scriptwriting & storytelling skills
• Deep understanding of short-form content formats
• Creative thinking with execution capability
• Research-driven content approach
• Comfortable on camera
• Strong communication & collaboration skills
• Interest in personal finance (preferred)

Bonus

• Knows how to shoot (camera, framing, lighting basics)
• Hands-on editing experience (Premiere Pro / Final Cut or similar)
