Job Title: Senior Procurement Engineer – Interiors

Location: Head Office (HO) – Willingness to travel to project locations required

Experience Required: 10 – 12 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement professional specializing in Interior Fit-Out projects to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and procurement of interior materials for construction and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in interior procurement, vendor negotiation, BOQ analysis, and logistics coordination, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials for project execution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage procurement of interior fit-out materials including furniture, modular systems, partitions, flooring, ceilings, lighting, and finishing materials.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers for interior and construction materials.
Prepare RFQs, comparative statements, BOQ comparisons, cost analysis, and purchase orders.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to understand material requirements and specifications.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
Monitor material quality, supplier performance, and cost control while maintaining procurement documentation and records.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure adherence to procurement policies and project budgets.
Support effective communication and coordination between procurement, project, and site teams.

Qualification:

BE (Civil) preferred OR any degree with relevant procurement experience.

Experience:

10 – 12 years of experience in procurement within construction or interior fit-out projects.

Industry Background:

Construction / Infrastructure sector
Interior fit-out / contracting companies
Experience in hotel infrastructure or hospitality projects preferred.

Additional Skills:

Ability to read drawings and extract material quantities.
Experience in logistics coordination and material delivery management preferred.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis skills.
