Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a PMT / Brand Management professional at MM / PM / GPM level, with 5–10 years of experience in Gynae, Ortho, or Nutraceuticals. The role involves developing and executing brand strategies, managing product life cycles, and driving the positioning of key brands within assigned therapeutic segments. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and identifying growth opportunities to support sales and marketing objectives. The role requires close collaboration with sales teams, medical affairs, and cross-functional stakeholders to design campaigns, promotional materials, and training content. The professional will monitor brand performance, manage budgets, and ensure all activities comply with regulatory and company standards while aligning with overall business goals.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Brand Strategy and Brand Management skills, with proven experience in handling pharma brands in Gynae, Ortho, or Nutraceuticals.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research capabilities, including analyzing data, tracking competitor activities, and translating insights into actionable brand plans.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to create clear product messaging, promotional content, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Sales processes and collaboration with field teams to drive brand performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business/Marketing; an MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical PMT or Brand Management, with exposure to gynecology, orthopedics, or nutraceutical portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple brands and projects within timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment and adhere to ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards.
