About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive production excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of plastic manufacturing, and the ability to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations and production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved safely and on time.
• Improve productivity, quality, and manufacturing processes.
• Plan production capacity and optimize machine utilization.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.
• Monitor production costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety policies, and company procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage plant manpower and develop a high-performing team.
• Support new product development and future capacity expansion.

Requirements

• Graduate in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Experience in Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, or Plastic Manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong leadership, production planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Quality Systems, and Plant Operations.
