We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead our manufacturing operations in Pune. The successful candidate will have a strong background in plant management, gearbox manufacturing, transmission manufacturing, and pump manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving production planning and control, and will be able to effectively manage a team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing operations in Pune, ensuring efficient and effective production processes
• Develop and implement production planning and control strategies to meet business objectives
• Manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations
  
  

Requirements

• 15-20 years of experience in plant management, gearbox manufacturing, transmission manufacturing, and pump manufacturing
• Proven track record of driving production planning and control
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of production planning and control software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, manufacturing)
