Plant Manager

Harakh Chand Glass Industry Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Plant Head to lead our facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. If you have a proven track record in managing end-to-end plant operations and are ready to lead a high-performing team, we want to hear from you.  

About the Role

As the Plant Head, you will be responsible for the overall operational efficiency, safety, and quality output of our facility. You will lead from the shop floor, ensuring we meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily glass processing activities, including cutting, tempering, lamination, and insulating glass.  
• Monitor efficiency to ensure all products meet customer specifications ad quality standards.
• Oversee workforce planning, training, and performance management to build a strong team culture.  
• Lead maintenance planning to minimize downtime and ensure full compliance with safety and environmental standards.  
• Prepare operational reports to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.  

What We’re Looking For

•  Experience: 4–5 years of mandatory experience in the glass processing industry.  
•  Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
