Role Overview

Lovely Professional University is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader for a senior role in Placement & Corporate Relations. The role involves strategic leadership of campus placements, long-term corporate partnerships, and employer branding initiatives to enhance student employability and industry engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for placements, internships, and corporate relations across disciplines
• Develop and strengthen long-term partnerships with corporates, industry bodies, and recruiters
• Lead and mentor placement and corporate relations teams to achieve placement targets
• Design and execute industry engagement strategies, including MoUs, corporate visits, conclaves, and hiring events
• Collaborate with academic leadership to align curriculum and skill development with industry needs
• Drive employer satisfaction, repeat recruitment, and brand visibility of the university
• Analyze placement data, trends, and outcomes to improve performance year-on-year
• Represent the university in industry forums, corporate meetings, and networking platforms

Desired Profile

• 10–20 years of progressive experience in placements, corporate relations, talent acquisition, or industry engagement
• Proven leadership experience in a university, large educational institution, or corporate HR/TA ecosystem
• Strong corporate network across multiple sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
