HR Administrator (maternity cover)

Main Responsibilities

• Drafting employment contracts, amendments, and related HR documentation
• Managing full onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handling HR administration in the Nexon system
• Coordinating occupational health and medical check-ups
• Managing documentation: archiving and shredding
• Preparing onboarding and training plans for new hires
  
  

Képzettség

• College/University degree, preferably in HR
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration
• Fluent English skills
• Strong MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
• Active category B driving license and willingness to travel
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Advantage: Nexon4
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving and data analysis skills to support HR processes
