Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer with strong experience in building, deploying, and scaling AI/ML solutions in production environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across NLP, GenAI, and traditional ML techniques, along with exposure to cloud-based deployments and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML pipelines for real-world business use cases.
Build and optimize machine learning models using supervised and unsupervised techniques (classification, regression, clustering, etc.).
Develop and deploy NLP/NLU/NLG solutions including chatbots and conversational AI using frameworks like RASA.
Work on GenAI applications such as custom GPT models, embeddings, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
Process and analyze structured and unstructured data using Python-based data science tools.
Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise systems and customer-facing applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and reliability in production environments.
Participate in code reviews, version control, and CI/CD workflows using GitLab/GitHub.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (BE/B.Tech / ME/M.Tech).
Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant industry experience.
Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
