Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Phonics and Foundation Trainer based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work from home on specific occasions. The Trainer will design and deliver engaging phonics and foundational skill-building sessions for young learners, either in group settings or one-on-one formats. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, monitoring student progress, developing individualized learning programs, and fostering motivation and participation through creative teaching methods. The role also includes collaborating with EduNique’s team to innovate and improve training techniques.

Qualifications

• Expertise in phonics instruction and foundational literacy skills development
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
• Experience in lesson planning, curriculum design, and tailoring training content to individual learning styles
• Familiarity with using technology and digital tools in an educational environment
• Creativity in designing activities that incorporate “Play and Learn” methodologies
• Capability to assess and adapt methods to support diverse needs and foster continuous progress
• Proven experience in training or teaching, particularly in an online or hybrid setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (preferred)
• Passion for teaching and supporting early childhood development
