Pharmacy Operations Manager

The company currently runs two fully operational, always-open stores in Belgaum, India. The Pharmacy Operations Manager oversees the daily business, administrative, and logistical functions of the pharmacy. This role ensures smooth medication dispensing workflows, strict legal and regulatory compliance, efficient inventory management, and effective staff leadership.

• Operations: Manage daily workflows for prescription processing, dispensing, and safety quality control.
• Compliance: Maintain total compliance with FDA, DEA, and State Board of Pharmacy regulations, leading all audit preparations.
• Inventory & Finance: Oversee stock procurement, minimize drug shortages/waste, and manage the operational budget and P&L.
• Leadership: Schedule, train, and supervise pharmacists, technicians, and administrative staff.

• Active, unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license (PharmD or B.Pharm preferred).
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a pharmacy environment.
• Proficiency with pharmacy management software and inventory control.
• Strong understanding of insurance billing, regulatory compliance, and budgeting.
