Role Description

The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies, analyze market data, and drive customer acquisition through optimized campaigns. Daily tasks include conducting market research, managing promotional activities, monitoring campaign performance, collaborating with the sales team, and ensuring superior customer experiences to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Marketing Strategy and Market Research to identify, develop, and execute effective marketing campaigns
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members, pitch ideas, and deliver impactful messaging
• Analytical mindset to track and optimize campaign performance using key metrics
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
