We partner with leading brands to build high-impact digital campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, using data-driven strategies to maximize performance and ROI.

As we continue to expand our performance marketing team, we are looking for a Google Ads Specialist who can manage, optimize, and scale high-budget campaigns while delivering exceptional business results.


What You'll do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • Manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Drive customer acquisition while maintaining target CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and improve overall performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, creative testing, and landing page optimization.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and implement effective bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and business teams to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta platform features and industry best practices.


Requirements

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Performance Marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads including Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Proven experience handling Ecommerce, D2C, Travel, or Consumer Internet campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and performance scaling.
  • Experience with A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
  • Experience managing campaigns for both domestic and international markets is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and advertising budgets while consistently improving ROI.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.
