Job Overview
Responsible for driving qualified leads and enrollments through performance marketing channels including Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads. The role focuses on campaign scaling, funnel optimization, and ROI-driven execution.

Job Overview
Responsible for driving qualified leads and enrollments through performance marketing channels including Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads. The role focuses on campaign scaling, funnel optimization, and ROI-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and scale Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads campaigns to drive high-quality lead generation and maximize ROI
- Manage and optimize end-to-end performance marketing funnels (Cold traffic —+ Lead — Retargeting —+ Conversion)
- Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize CPL, CAC, and conversion rates through data-driven decisions
- Execute A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to build high-converting ad creatives and landing pages aligned with campaign goals
- Minimum 2+ to 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with mandatory experience in EdTech or e-learning domain
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads (mandatory) with a strong focus on lead generation
- Demonstrated experience in scaling paid campaigns while maintaining stable or improving CPL, CAC, and ROAS
- Hands-on experience in managing monthly ad budgets of 73L+ and optimizing for maximum ROI
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing (Cold traffic —+ Lead — Retargeting —+ Conversion)
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads (1000+ leads/month) through paid campaigns
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other performance tracking tools
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign data and take actionable decisions
- Experience in A/B testing ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
- Ability to build and optimize YouTube ad funnels (In-stream, Video Action Campaigns, retargeting flows)
- Strong analytical thinking with a problem-solving approach to reduce CPL and improve conversion rates
- Experience working closely with design, content, and landing page teams for better campaign performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
