We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in managing and scaling campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.

• Campaign creation, execution & optimization
• Budget management & sales projections
• ROAS/CPL/CPA optimization
• Audience targeting & retargeting
• Coordination with agencies, influencers & content creators
• Performance reporting & analytics
• Managing AI tools and modern marketing technologies
  

• Meta Ads & Google Ads expertise
• GA4, GTM, Pixel tracking
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Ability to independently manage performance marketing

📍 Location: NOIDA

💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on capability & experience)
