Performance Marketing Specialist

Lenskart is looking for a Performance Marketing professional to support growth across international markets. The role involves managing performance campaigns for an e-commerce brand, with a strong command of data, numbers, and platform execution!

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other key platforms.
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for international markets
• Monitor campaign performance closely and make data-led decisions to improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, and overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and cross-functional teams to improve campaign outcomes
• Test and scale new audiences, creatives, funnels, and strategies to unlock growth
• Use AI tools and automation to improve productivity, speed, and marketing efficiency

Required Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing
• Exposure to TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads preferred
• Proven experience managing ads for an e-commerce brand
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working on numbers, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Prior experience running campaigns in international markets preferred
• Strong understanding of experimentation, attribution, and campaign optimization
