🚀 We are hiring: Performance Marketer at MySivi 🚀

Location: In-office, HSR Layout, Bengaluru

CTC: ₹4.5 to 8 LPA (Fixed, based on experience) + up to ₹50k half yearly Performance Bonus

Type: Full-time (Non-Remote)

At MySivi (www.mysivi.ai), we are building India’s first AI Tutor designed to revolutionize the way people practice speaking English. Through our Android/IOS app, we help 10cr+ users nationwide to rapidly improve their real-time communication by instantly correcting grammar, pronunciation, and fluency.

We are on a hyper-growth trajectory, and we are looking for a high-energy Performance Marketer to work directly with the founders and help us scale our user base to reach 500cr+ ARR in the next 6 months.

What will you do :

As our Performance Marketer, you will own the creative and analytical engine driving our growth across India

• Scale & Manage: Take complete ownership of campaigns, learn to handle a large monthly budget, and work daily with the team to drive massive business growth.
• Agency & Channel Collaboration: Partner with external agencies to maximize performance across Google and Meta ads.
• Optimize: Continuously identify bottlenecks in ad funnels and ruthlessly optimize for efficiency.
• Creative Strategy: Understand concept briefs, collaborate with content writers, and iterate on top-performing video assets to prevent creative fatigue.
• Tracking: Track every metric, find opportunities, and document every experiment.

Bonus points :

• Experience running UAC campaigns and understanding the optimization process.
• GA4 certification, Google app campaign certification, Meta ads certification
• Enjoy understanding and creating user journeys
• Experience with Claude, WebEngage, Amplitude, Ga4, and MMP tools would be a bonus 

What we are looking for :

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience running Google or Meta ads.
• Fundamentals: A rock-solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and framework-driven growth.
• Content Intuition: A great grasp of short-form video content and what hooks an audience.
• Vibe Check: High energy, a bias for action, and someone who is genuinely fun to work with and has a high degree of ownership
