Unlike traditional meeting tools that only record conversations, Mina listens, responds, answers questions, generates insights, and assists teams in real time. It helps functions such as sales, customer success, operations, HR, recruitment, project management, consulting, leadership, and support teams stay productive by providing instant access to information and reducing manual follow-ups. Mina supports the entire meeting lifecycle, from preparing context beforehand to participating in live discussions and handling summaries, action items, and follow-ups afterward. Built with a privacy-first approach, Mina processes conversations securely, gives users control over integrations and access, and does not use customer data for AI training.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Hyderabad. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive qualified leads and product adoption. The role involves managing campaign budgets, monitoring performance metrics, running A/B tests, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend. The Performance Marketer will collaborate closely with product, sales, and content teams to develop compelling messaging, landing pages, and funnels aligned with Mina’s target audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data, preparing performance reports, presenting insights to stakeholders, and iterating on campaigns to support Mina’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong performance marketing skills, including paid search (e.g., Google Ads), paid social (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn), and display/retargeting campaign management.
- Candidates should possess analytics and optimization skills, such as proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, attribution platforms, A/B testing, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in growth and conversion strategy, including landing page optimization, CRO techniques, audience segmentation, and end-to-end campaign funnel management.
- Candidates should possess digital marketing and brand communication skills, including basic content and copywriting for ads, understanding of marketing funnels, and alignment of messaging with Mina’s positioning.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams, and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in performance or growth marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS or AI products), familiarity with marketing automation/CRM tools, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with a strong interest in AI, productivity tools, and data
