Role Description

O2O Marketing automation specialist with marketing technology focus. Working in a English with an international team - with colleagues in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, India, Barcelona and Mexico City. Working closely with Data Analytics, AI and visualisation.

Marketing Strategy, Planning, Tactics and Production

• MOJO corporate marketing
• Multi-platform content copywriting
• Working with Interactive Media, Deeptech and Data Visualisation teams to create automation paths in all O2O marketing engagements.
• Setting and tracking KPIs using industry standard tools
  
  

O2O Marketing Funnel Automation/Data Collection/Platform Management

• Data-collection technology review (online marketing, internet, motion sensors, retail POS, CCTV, and biometrics)
• Setting up AI-driven data analysis and decision making triggers
• Platform review, setup, integration and management
  
  

Marketing to Sales Funnel Setup and Tracking

• Setting up and tracking data links between marketing and sales funnel using Zapier or similar
• Setting up and tracking alerts for data transfer
• Using AI-driven data analysis and decision making
  
  

O2O Marketing Integration

• Dashboards for O2O integration
• Linking to offline sensors and people tracker
  
  

Market Insights

• Follow developments in programmatic and AI -driven automated marketing and lead generation tools
  
  

Other Duties

• Generative AI integration into workflow
• As needed
  
  

Skills Required

Have you got what it takes to join our team?

• At least an undergraduate degree in a numerate subject
• At least 2 years working experience in O2O marketing role that has positively impacted sales
• Proficiency in EDM, CRM, Marketing automation tools, social media platforms
• English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent TOEIC 820/ EIKEN Grade 1 )
• Second language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish)
