Performance Marketer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Gurugram. The Performance Marketer will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Responsibilities include creating and monitoring paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to enhance ROI. The individual will also collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging, conduct market research, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, including Paid Media, Campaign Optimization, and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) strategies
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and performance tracking software
• Experience with Ad Platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media channels
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and working in the skincare or wellness sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
