π Key Responsibilities:
β’ Analyze ad-level metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA)
β’ Identify winning hooks, angles & creatives
β’ Build and manage high-velocity testing pipelines
β’ Improve Creative Hit Rate through structured experiments
β’ Create high-conversion briefs & performance-driven concepts

β’ Strong understanding of consumer psychology & persuasion
β’ Proven ability to improve CTR, CVR, CPA
β’ Data-driven mindset with hands-on analysis
β’ Experience in D2C / E-commerce
