Performance Analyst

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who actually understands content.

At Blend9 Studio, performance isn’t just about numbers on a dashboard; it’s about why people click, what makes them stop, and what actually converts. We’re looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience who can run ads, yes - but more importantly, someone who gets the internet.

• Managing and optimizing Meta & Google ad campaigns
• Understanding what works and why it works
• Working closely with our creative team to shape ad concepts, not just run them
• Testing, learning, iterating; constantly
• Looking at performance data and turning it into clear actions, not just reports

• Someone who doesn’t just boost posts but thinks like a strategist
• You’ve worked on performance campaigns end-to-end
• You understand content hooks, formats, and what makes people engage
• You’re curious, observant, and always saving ads/reels that work
• You take ownership - things don’t need to be followed up on

• You’ve been a social media manager or content creator before
• You’ve come up with ideas that actually performed
• You understand both creative + performance, not just one side

• Not a “just run ads” role
• Not a “wait for briefs” role
• Not for someone who only looks at CPC and calls it a day

• For someone who wants to build high-performing brands
• For someone who enjoys connecting creative thinking with numbers
