Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems during night-shift hours.
  • Resolve issues related to payments, balances, card activity, online banking, and general account troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Document all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and report unusual account activity following fraud-prevention procedures.
  • Monitor and respond to support tickets within required SLAs.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk issues to senior support teams or supervisors as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience-preferably in banking, fintech, insurance, or financial services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules as needed.

  • Night shift: typically between 6.30 PM - 2.30 AM & 10.00 PM - 6.00 AM (Flexible
