Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role located in Goa, India. The Marketing Professional will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, developing strategies to enhance brand visibility, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, managing social media channels, overseeing digital marketing efforts, and driving engagement through content creation and promotional activities. You will also engage in event planning and partnerships to maximize brand impact.

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
• Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Event Planning and Partnership Development
• Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating campaign performance and ROI
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media scheduling tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
