Job Title: PeopleSoft Benefits Analyst
Start Date: May 1, 2026
Duration: 8-12 Month Contract
Travel: 100% Remote
Contract Type: W2 or Subcontractor (C2C/1099). No 3rd parties please. 

Job Description
The Senior ERP Analyst reports to the Manager of ERP Systems and provides functional support for the PeopleSoft Benefits module. This role maintains legacy systems, ensures accurate data processing, and supports the business while the organization transitions to a new ERP system.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, maintaining data integrity, supporting open enrollment and benefit life-cycle events, performing system testing, and documenting business processes. The analyst will serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, assist with reporting, and support integrations with benefits vendors and payroll systems.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional support for PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Administration
  • Support benefits setup, eligibility, life events, and open enrollment
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate documentation, workflows, and system procedures
  • Perform impact analysis and support system testing (unit/UAT)
  • Assist with reporting, data validation, and SQL queries for troubleshooting
  • Support integrations with benefits vendors and payroll systems
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual work
Required Skills
  • 3–5 years supporting PeopleSoft ERP, with experience in Benefits module
  • Working knowledge of SQL for queries, data validation, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with PeopleSoft reporting tools (PS Query, BI Publisher, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

     
Preferred Skills
  • 5+ years in Benefits Administration within PeopleSoft HCM
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Experience supporting vendor integrations and system migrations
  • Experience with open enrollment cycles and benefits lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with ERP process improvements and automation initiatives

     
Education
  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in ERP systems
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s in Business, Information Systems, or related field; formal training in project management or business analysis
