About The Role

Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.

We’re looking for an L&D People Specialist to support the learning, performance, and culture priorities of our fast-growing teams. You'll take a data-driven approach to turn complex insights into clear, impactful solutions, driving measurable improvements in engagement and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborating on performance and culture initiatives, including training, leadership and skills development, onboarding, and performance review cycles
• Analysing large and varied datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and behavioural drivers, translating them into clear, structured problem statements
• Owning high-impact L&D and culture projects end to end, driving measurable improvements in engagement, capability, and compliance metrics
• Designing and developing high-quality e-learning experiences aligned to business priorities and performance outcomes
• Building clear training reporting and dashboards, generating actionable insights to inform stakeholder decision-making
• Supporting the continuous evolution of our mandatory training framework, governance, and compliance controls
• Managing and optimising elements of our learning infrastructure to improve user experience, automation, and scalability
• Contributing to the revision and improvement of L&D policies, standards, and operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce friction
  
  

What You'll Need

• Experience in learning and development, organisational development, HR, or a related field
• Impressive analytical capability to interpret complex data and translate insights into practical solutions
• Experience owning projects, from problem definition through to implementation and measurable results
• The ability to design engaging, outcome-focused learning experiences
• Confidence working across a matrix structure and partnering with senior stakeholders
• Impeccable communication skills
• A mindset focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and measurable impact
