Job Description

Seeking a Customer Service Executive for an Interior Decor firm in Mumbai!


Responsibilities


  • Please provide friendly, helpful, and informative customer service to all visitors, ensuring an outstanding experience.
  • Please help customers in person, over the phone, via email, and through chat to address questions, resolve issues, and offer product recommendations.
  • You can engage with customers proactively and suggestively to help their shopping experience and support sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely resolution of complaints.
  • Support store operations, including opening and closing of store operations, maintaining store conditions, visual merchandising, and conducting inventory checks.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or stockouts to prevent missed sales opportunities.
  • Represent the Company by ensuring that all customer service interactions comply with company standards and policies.


Qualifications


  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude toward in-person interactions. Experience of at least 1 year is ideal and not more than 3 years.
  • Quick-thinking with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Punctual, professional, and reliable.
  • Empathetic and patient with customers, providing thoughtful and appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail operations is preferred but not required
