Reports to Director of IT Infrastructure.
Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales function for our IT Infrastructure division. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales pipeline across enterprise and mid-market clients. The ideal candidate understands IT infrastructure solutions (servers, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data center, managed services, etc.) and can translate technical capabilities into business value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company growth targets
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Identify new market opportunities and target industries
- Drive expansion within existing accounts
Business Development
- Generate and qualify new leads through networking, partnerships, and prospecting
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Lead client presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Close high-value infrastructure and managed service deals
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with CIOs, IT managers, and key decision-makers
- Understand client infrastructure needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates
- Set KPIs and monitor performance
- Coach team members on consultative selling and solution positioning
Collaboration
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead generation
- Provide market feedback to leadership and product teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT infrastructure or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions (networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, security, data center, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling enterprise IT solutions
- Existing network of industry contacts
- Knowledge of managed services and recurring revenue models
- Experience working with OEMs or technology partners

- Revenue growth percentage
- Gross margin contribution

- Pipeline value and conversion ratio
