Job Description

esponsibilities

  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with business units
  • Monitor adherence to budgets and highlight variances
  • Financial Modelling
  • Build and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, profitability, and investment decisions
  • Support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights
  • Performance Analysis
  • Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and identify key drivers
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance
  • Reporting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management
  • Create dashboards and KPIs for business performance tracking
  • Business Partnering
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy
  • Implement best practices in planning and analysis
  • Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modelling
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and variance analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting
  • Familiarity with QB
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Accuracy of forecasts and budgets
  • Timeliness and quality of financial reports
  • Effectiveness of variance analysis and recommendations
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and business impact
