This organization offers a leading AI platform for documentation, coding, and clinical workflow designed to reduce administrative burden and protect revenue integrity at the point of care. The platform is deployed across outpatient, emergency, and inpatient settings, supports over 100 specialties with real-time, coding-aware documentation, and integrates directly with major EHRs such as Epic, Oracle Cerner, and athenahealth. The People Operations Manager will own the operational foundation of the People function, managing day-to-day systems, processes, and programs supporting the full employee lifecycle to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency as the organization scales. This role requires hands-on execution and accountability for reliable operation across onboarding, payroll coordination, job changes, performance cycles, and off-boarding, working closely with cross-functional partners.


Responsibilities:


• Own and execute core People operations including onboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and off-boarding

• Design and maintain compliant operational processes that scale without ad hoc fixes or manual workarounds

• Operationalize People programs such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and promotion cycles, ensuring timelines, data integrity, and accurate execution

• Maintain high-quality People data and systems, partnering with Finance and leadership to support reporting, audits, and decision-making

• Manage cross-functional coordination across Recruiting, IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and Workplace to deliver a cohesive employee lifecycle

• Build and maintain clear workflows, documentation, and controls to reduce operational risk and eliminate single points of failure

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in People operations and partner with People leadership to address them


Requirements:


• 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Programs, or Talent Operations, preferably in a scaling or high-growth environment

• Proven ability to execute People programs and workflows with accuracy and accountability

• Detail-oriented with strong focus on data integrity, compliance, and operational rigor, especially related to pay, employment status, and employee records

• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, onboarding tools, and compliance-related workflows, with ability to improve or redesign systems as needed

• Strong operational judgment concerning regulatory and operational risk, with effective partnership skills across Legal, Finance, and external vendors

• Ability to work cross-functionally with Recruiting, IT, Security, Workplace, and Finance for smooth execution without unnecessary complexity

Compensation:


• Base salary range approximately $145,000 to $175,000 per year, excluding equity or bonus targets

• Flexible cash/equity split options to suit candidate preferences
