Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition, skilled in communication, and able to manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles; target to fill 8-12 positions per month depending on client requirements.
- Understand client hiring needs and create clear, compelling job descriptions and postings to attract qualified applicants.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases; maintain a pipeline of at least 50 active candidates across roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews — deliver a shortlist of 4-6 qualified candidates per role within 7 business days.
- Coordinate and schedule client and candidate interviews within 48 hours of shortlist approval, and follow up to ensure timely feedback.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates) and work to achieve an average time-to-fill of ≤ 30 days.
- Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating offer letters, background checks, and joining formalities; target ≥ 95% onboarding completion for accepted offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system; update status within 24 hours of any change.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, aiming for a client satisfaction score of ≥ 90% and regular follow-ups post-joining.
- Meet or exceed monthly recruitment KPIs and contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of hires.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (consultancy experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.); familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, SeekOut, X-ray search)
- Ability to construct and execute Boolean search strings for passive candidate sourcing and targeted talent pools
- Experience with interview coordination, candidate assessment, reference checks, offer negotiation and onboarding processes
- Familiarity with HRIS basics, compliance and background verification processes
- Ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure and work to KPI-driven targets (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness)
