We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support end-to-end Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role offers hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, documentation, client coordination, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Coordinate interview rounds and follow-ups
- Collect and document interview feedback
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipeline
- Support hiring decisions and offer rollouts
- Assist with salary negotiation and candidate closure
- Handle rejection/selection communication professionally
- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the process
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Collect and verify employee documents
- Support induction/orientation sessions
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Assist with client onboarding documentation
- Coordinate staffing requirements with clients
- Maintain deployment and compliance trackers
- Support reporting and communication with clients
- Maintain recruitment and HR MIS reports
- Organize HR files and compliance documentation
- Support policy documentation and process improvements
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities
- Maintain laptop and IT asset inventory records
- Track allocation and return of laptops/devices for employees
- Coordinate asset handover during onboarding and exit
- Update asset tracking sheets and ensure proper documentation
- Work with IT/Admin for asset maintenance and audits
- MBA/PGDM/Graduate in HR or related field (or pursuing)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good follow-up and organizational abilities
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
- Prior internship in HR/recruitment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring or job portals
- Interest in IT/Tech hiring
- Knowledge of HR tools/ATS
- Basic operational or inventory management experience
- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle exposure
- Experience in tech & AI hiring
- Hands-on onboarding & HR operations experience
- Client coordination exposure
