Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Diploma Engineer (Electronics) from a reputed institute with strong electronics fundamentals and a positive learning attitude. The candidate will work closely with the R&D team to support PCB design, component library creation, circuit analysis, and hardware testing for advanced EV electronics systems.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain component libraries, including schematic symbols and PCB footprints, in compliance with IPC standards (IPC-7351).

Assist in PCB design and layout using industry-standard PCB design tools such as Altium and PADs.

Read, interpret, and analyze electronic component datasheets for schematic and footprint creation

Understand and analyze analog and digital electronic circuits.

Support hardware prototype assembly, testing, debugging, and validation.

Use lab instruments for circuit testing and troubleshooting.

Maintain proper documentation for designs, libraries, and test results.

Collaborate with senior engineers on hardware development projects.

Technical Skills Required

Strong fundamentals in analog and digital electronics.

Good Understanding Of Electronic Components Such As

Resistors, Capacitors, Inductors

Diodes, BJTs, MOSFETs

Analog and Digital ICs

Ability to read and interpret technical datasheets.

Basic knowledge of PCB design tools (Altium Designer / KiCad / OrCAD or equivalent preferred).

Hands-on Experience With Lab Instruments

Oscilloscope

LCR Meter

Digital Multimeter

Educational Qualification

Diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering from a reputed institute.

Desired Skills & Attributes

Strong learning mindset and positive attitude.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Basic Soldering And PCB Assembly Skills (preferred).

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks.

Passion for electronics and hardware development, preferably in EV or embedded systems domain.

Experience

0–2 years of relevant experience.

Freshers with strong electronics fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
