Job Description
- Job Title : Lead Quality Engineer
- Job Summary : The Lead Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in software development and deployment processes. With a focus on Tosca the candidate will work in a hybrid model to enhance testing frameworks and methodologies. The role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience with a preference for candidates with program management skills. This position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

- Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Oversee the development and execution of automated test scripts using Tosca to streamline testing processes.
- Provide expertise in identifying and resolving quality issues ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing processes into the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on testing progress identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance and testing.
- Develop and maintain documentation for test plans test cases and test results to support continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of testing processes to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior quality engineers fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables ensuring alignment with quality objectives.
- Utilize program management skills to effectively manage testing timelines and resource allocation.
- Drive innovation in testing methodologies leveraging the latest tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
- Support the implementation of hybrid work models ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across teams. -Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in quality engineering with a strong focus on Tosca.
- Demonstrate expertise in automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Show proficiency in program management with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Display excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Have a track record of implementing innovative testing solutions and driving continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
