Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Executive role based in the Mohali district. The Payroll Executive will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting and verifying employee data, calculating wages, overtime, and deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements. The role involves managing statutory compliance related to payroll, maintaining payroll records, and coordinating with finance and HR teams on compensation-related matters. The Payroll Executive will address payroll queries from employees, prepare periodic payroll reports, and support audits and reconciliation activities. The individual will also contribute to improving payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing.
• Candidate should be experienced in Logistic industry.
• Candidates should possess skills in Payroll Management and Finance for accurate compensation handling and compliance.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to coordinate effectively with employees and cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in payroll or finance roles, preferably in transportation or logistics, is beneficial.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office tools, especially Excel, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of statutory payroll regulations and tax laws applicable to the region is desirable.
• A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and integrity in handling confidential information are essential.
