Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur for a Payroll Executive. The Payroll Executive will manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate employee payment records. Additional responsibilities include handling payroll queries, calculating deductions, processing benefits, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of payroll laws and standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in payroll management, including payroll processing, tax compliance, and statutory compliance
• Strong skills in data analysis, record keeping, and generating accurate payroll reports
• Proficient in payroll software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management capabilities
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• Previous experience in a payroll or HR administration role is preferred
• Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and tax guidelines
