Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Payroll & Compliance Executive. The role involves managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, and supporting regulatory reporting and filing requirements. The employee will ensure accurate record-keeping, address compliance-related inquiries, and assist in maintaining employee data and documentation. The individual will be an integral part of the HR and compliance team, contributing to a smooth and efficient payroll and compliance workflow.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Regulatory Compliance and related standards
• Strong Analytical Skills for accurate payroll management and compliance oversight
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to liaise with employees and regulatory bodies
• Understanding of labor Law and regulations
• Proficiency in relevant payroll and compliance software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
• Previous experience in payroll and compliance is preferred
