Patient Coordinator

Full-Time | Patient Coordinator | Reporting to: Operations Manager

Location: Gut Clinic – Shreshtha Vihar, Anand Vihar, East Delhi

Gut Clinic is building India's first and largest network of specialist-led, full-stack outpatient GI clinics. The Patient Coordinator is the anchor of the in-clinic experience — present with every patient from the moment they walk in to the moment they walk out, making sure they feel cared for, guided, and never left waiting.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is an all-rounder, front-line role for someone who takes ownership of the patient's clinic journey end-to-end. The responsibilities below are a starting point, not a ceiling — the role is intentionally open, and the right person will take initiative well beyond what's listed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take and accurately record patient vitals ahead of consultations
• Guide and counsel patients on their prescriptions, procedures, and next steps during their visit
• Own the patient's clinic journey end-to-end — from entry to exit — ensuring a smooth, reassuring experience at every step
• Follow up with scheduled patients on arrival, treatment, and post-visit counselling
• Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day clinical and administrative tasks, and act as their backup when needed
• Take on additional responsibilities as they arise — this role grows with initiative

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Warm, patient, and clear communicator in Hindi and English
• Comfortable with clinical basics (vitals) and confident guiding patients through medical instructions
• Highly organised, dependable, and calm under a busy clinic floor
• Ownership mindset — proactive, accountable, and genuinely invested in patient experience
• Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or patient-facing healthcare role is a plus

TIMINGS & COMPENSATION

Working Days

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Monday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
